This stunning table is made out of two-inch-thick dark walnut.
I made it out of 5 14 foot long live edge slabs that I squared and then cut in half. the gluing process took about 5 days but while the glue was drying I welded those legs up with 4’x4′ steel which I think turned out cool.
To make the table a circle I used a router mounted on a piece of angle iron and made multiple passes untill I got all the way through. The finish I used for it was a semi-gloss finish the customer didn’t was a high gloss finish. For the legs, I used semi-gloss matt black paint that I painted on using my air gun.
